Installing VipNet CSP

1. To get ViPNet CSP, go to the developer's official website at http: // infotecs. ru / downloads / product_full. php? id_product = 2096 and select the ViPNet CSP distribution kit corresponding to your operating system. (Fig. 1)

2. Go through the established registration process by agreeing to the terms of the license agreement (EULA) and filling in the required fields. Click the "Submit" button. (Fig. 2)

This problem can occur if you do not have permission to create files in the folder where you are trying to save the * .p10 request file. Try creating a folder on your Desktop and selecting it as the target for saving the request file.

These errors can occur if you are using an antivirus that is incompatible with ViPNet CSP, for example NOD32. To restore performance:

  1. Boot Windows into Safe Mode;
  2. Run "as administrator" the file "C: \ Program Files \ InfoTeCS \ ViPNet CSP \ SafeModeUninstall.bat" for 32-bit OS or "C: \ Program Files (x86) \ InfoTeCS \ ViPNet CSP \ SafeModeUninstall.bat" for 64 -bit.

This error signals the inability to install the Microsoft Visual C ++ Studio 2008 Redistributable files. Remove both Microsoft Visual C ++ Redistributable 2008 packages using standard Windows tools through the "control panel" - "programs and components". If the installation is unsuccessful, contact your organization's IT specialist or Microsoft technical support.

To solve it:

  1. Remove both Microsoft Visual C ++ Redistributable 2008 packages using standard Windows tools through the "control panel" - "programs and components";
  2. Reboot.
  3. Download the current version of VipNet CSP from the site, which supports work in your OS;
  4. Run the installation, select "repair" or "start update" depending on what the installer prompts;
  5. Reboot.

Performance with uncertified antivirus software is possible, but not guaranteed. For example, to work together ViPNet CSP and AVAST, AVG antiviruses, you must use the current version of ViPNet CSP from the section. When using ViPNet CSP in conjunction with AVAST antivirus, you must additionally disable the behavior screen.

At the moment, compatibility with this antivirus is not guaranteed. If you encounter problems with your OS, we recommend uninstalling the current ViPNet CSP version by booting the OS in safe mode. Before uninstalling, you must manually start the Windows Installer service. If the Windows Installer service does not start in safe mode, apply the bat file from the C: \ Program Files (x86) \ InfoTeCS \ ViPNet CSP \ SafeModeUninstall.bat folder. If you cannot enter safe mode, then you need to perform a system restore from the last checkpoint.

It is necessary to check the certificate for validity. If the error "There is not enough information to verify this certificate" occurs when checking the certificate, then this error means that the root certificate of the CA of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, issued on June 28, 2016, is missing in the Windows certificate store.
On this issue, we recommend that you contact the technical support of the Federal Tax Service of Russia to provide a new root certificate of the TC of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.
The received new root certificate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia must be installed in the Windows storage in the trusted root certification authorities.

When trying to get the registration code via the Internet, the connection with the registration server of Infotecs OJSC cannot be established within 3 minutes, and a window appears with the warning "Failed to connect to the registration system server."
In this case, check the settings of your firewall. Access to the registration server of OJSC Infotecs () via TCP, port 80 should not be blocked.

If two applets are installed on your external device at once, ViPNet CSP recognizes an external device corresponding to only one of these applets. Working with two applets at once is not supported. To use any specific applet from those stored on your token in ViPNet CSP, in the main ViPNet CSP window on the “Connected devices” page, disable the use of all types of devices except the required one.
For example, if the JaCarta and JaCarta GOST applets are installed on the token, ViPNet CSP recognizes a device of the JaCarta type by default. To use your token as a JaCarta GOST device, disable support for all types of external devices in the ViPNet CSP program, except for eToken GOST / JaCarta GOST.

When you connect an external device of the JCSD family to a computer running Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008, it can take a long time to perform cryptographic operations using the keys stored on that device.
To speed up cryptographic operations using JCSD devices, we recommend updating the operating system.

If there are no certificates available when you try to sign a macro or create a signed Microsoft Access 2007 package in the Select Electronic Signature Certificate window, then you cannot sign code. Contact a certification authority for a certificate that has the Code Signing attribute in Extended Key Usage.

If, when trying to sign an e-mail message, signing occurs, but a certificate other than the one selected is used, this means that the specified e-signature certificate does not contain the e-mail address of the certificate holder, or this address does not match the e-mail message sending address. When signing a message, another certificate is selected from the system store that contains the email address from which the message is sent.
To resolve the error, follow these steps:
1 Create a new certificate request and enter the correct email address.
2 Send a request for a certificate to the administrator of your certification center and wait for the request to complete.
3 Specify the received certificate as a certificate for electronic signature.

If, when you try to sign an e-mail message, you receive a message that there are no certificates that can be used to send from this e-mail address, you should apply for such a certificate from a certification authority. The certificate must include your email address and include the "Secured Email" extension in the "Advanced Key Usage" ("Enhanced Key") field.

If, when you select a certificate for signing, the ViPNet CSP window “Initializing the keys container” opens, it means that the private key corresponding to the selected certificate was not found. This can happen if the key container has been deleted in the ViPNet CSP program. To sign the document with the selected certificate, in the ViPNet CSP window - “Initialization of the key container” specify the path to the container that contains the private key corresponding to the certificate. If you do not know the location of the key container, the selected certificate cannot be used.
If you specify the path to the key container in the “Key container initialization” window in ViPNet CSP, this container will be added to the list in the “Key containers” section of the ViPNet CSP window.

If you have any problems installing or uninstalling the program, contact the technical support service. When contacting employees, transfer the program log files, which are located in the following folders:
If you are using Windows XP or Windows Server 2003 operating system: C: \ Documents and Settings \ All Users \ Application data \ InfoTeCS \ InstallerData \ ViPNet CSP \ Logs.
If you are using Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 or later: C: \ ProgramData \ InfoTeCS \ InstallerData \ ViPNet CSP \ Logs.

Attention! Before performing these operations, back up the key containers.

Sequencing:
1) Close ViPNet CSP.
2) Delete files C: \ ProgramData \ InfoTeCS \ adts.cfg and C: \ ProgramData \ InfoTeCS \ adts.stg.
3) Delete file C: \ ProgramData \ InfoTeCS \ cont_info.dat
4) Reinstall containers.

1. On the “ViPNet CSP Registration” page, select “Registration request (get registration code)” and click the “Next” button.
2. On the "Registration Request Method" page, select "Online."
After choosing the registration method, you must fill in the required fields and click "Next". ViPNet CSP will be registered automatically.

This error appears due to damage to the csp.brg file from the% ProgramData% \ InfoTeCS \ ViPNet CSP directory.
To solve this problem, you need:
1) Delete the csp.brg file from the% ProgramData% \ InfoTeCS \ ViPNet CSP directory;
2) Run the program recovery script (Control Panel - Programs and Features - ViPNet CSP - Restore);
3) Launch the program and go through the registration procedure again using the information from the file "% ProgramData% \ InfoTeCS \ ViPNet CSP \ reginfo.txt", where "Serial number" is the serial number, "Registration code" is the registration code.

This version is not intended for installation on Windows 10. Currently, a beta version of VipNet CSP 4.2.948766 has been released, which supports this OS ..

To work together ViPNet CSP and JaCarta LT, you must use a special interface module. This module was developed by the company "Aladdin-RD"

For ViPNet CSP and JaCarta LT to work correctly, add the resulting module to the system catalogs of the operating system in accordance with its bit depth: from the win64 directory to c: \ windows \ syswow64, from the win32 directory to c: \ windows \ system32.
In the near future, this module will be included by the Aladdin-RD company into the Unified Client software.
This module will not be distributed as part of the ViPNet software.

One serial number is registered once and on one computer. You can get serial numbers for registering ViPNet CSP software in the required quantity for free on our website. To do this, you need to go to the website, click on the banner "Cryptographic Information System ViPNet CSP Crypto Provider", select the ViPNet CSP distribution kit you need (depending on your operating system) and fill out the form to receive a link to download the program. After that you will receive a letter containing a link to download ViPNet CSP and a serial number for registration.

Distribution of means of cryptographic information protection (CIP), which is ViPNet CSP, is carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the FSB of Russia. The installation of the ViPNet CSP encryption provider described in this article is required only when connecting an additional (new) workstation to the previous 1C-Reporting account. For more on this, see.

To use the ViPNet CSP cryptographic provider on your computer, you must do the following:

Registration of an application for a free ViPNet CSP distribution kit

To create an application for a ViPNet CSP cryptographic provider:

  1. Go to the Infotecs website at: http://www.infotecs.ru/product/vipnet-csp.html.
  2. At the bottom of the page that opens, click the "Download documentation and software" button (Fig. 1).

This will display a list of distributions. Select the one you need and follow the link with its name.

In our example, we select ViPNet CSP 4.2, because it is suitable for most operating systems.

After choosing a distribution kit, a page will appear where you need to fill out an application (Fig. 3):

  1. Check the box "I agree to the EULA".
  2. Enter your full name, e-mail and symbols from the picture.
  3. Click the "Submit Application" button.

If the application is successfully sent, a corresponding message will appear (Fig. 4), and the data for installing the program will be sent to the specified e-mail.

Downloading the ViPNet CSP distribution kit and installing the program

To install the program, unpack it from the archive file and run the installation file (Fig. 6).

Before installing the application, the License Agreement window will appear. Check the box "I accept this agreement" and click "Continue" (Figure 7).

In the "Installation method" window, click the "Install now" button (Fig. 8).

The program installation window will appear (Fig. 9).

After installing the program, the computer is restarted (if the corresponding checkbox is selected - see Fig. 8) for the changes to take effect.

Attention

ViPNet CSP must be registered within 14 days during the demo period! If this is not done, then at the end of the demo period, you will not be able to sign and send reports.

ViPNet CSP registration

After restarting the computer to register the program (Fig. 10):

  1. Open the start menu.
  2. Then go to: "All programs" - "ViPNet" - "ViPNet CSP".
  3. Run the shortcut of the "ViPNet CSP" program.

In this case, a window will appear with a message that the program needs to be registered (Fig. 11). Press "Next".

Attention

If you have previously used the ViPNet CSP program (for example, an earlier version), then registration may not be required and all subsequent registration steps will be skipped. In this case, the program will be immediately available for use.

The registration window will appear, select the item "Request for registration (get the registration code)" (Fig. 12).

In the "Method of registration request" window, select the item "Via the Internet (online)" (Fig. 13).

In this case, your computer must be connected to the Internet. Press "Next".

Fill in the data in the "Registration data" window (Fig. 14). Enter the serial number of the product from the letter that was sent during the registration of the application (Fig. 15).

A registration request window will appear, during which the entered data is checked (Fig. 16).

If registration was successful, a corresponding message will appear (Fig. 17).

After clicking on the "Finish" button, a dialog box will appear asking you to start ViPNet CSP (Fig. 18). You can start using the program right away (fig. 19).

Reasons for the error

Most often, this error occurs when the program for encrypting reports (cryptographic provider) ViPNet CSP stops working at the user's workplace.

Possible reasons for the failure:

  1. Updating the operating system to a new version
  2. Installing another crypto provider (CryptoPro CSP or SKZI Verba)

If you installed a different encryption provider, uninstall both encryption programs and install one. But standard uninstallation and reinstallation in most cases does not solve the problem, so clean up the registry and other "traces" of the program in the computer.

So, to solve the problem you need:

  1. Remove the program completely
  2. Reinstall the CIPF program on the computer

You can clean the data manually, but this requires experience with the registry editor, the ability to find all user settings in hidden folders. The easiest way to clean up the registry is using programs.

Complete removal of the CIPF program

Step 1. Protect electronic signatures in the registry from deletion

According to the instructions, we will delete all traces of the ViPNet CSP encryption program, so protect yourself from accidental deletion of valid electronic signatures. To do this, copy them to another folder manually or via ViPNet CSP.

Copying a key manually

  1. Open the folder with the electronic signature. By default, electronic signatures are recorded at: C: \ Users \ * Username * \ AppData \ Local \ Infotecs \ Containers.
  2. Copy the electronic keys to another folder. The only condition is that the folder should not contain the names "Infotecs" and "Contaiters". Otherwise, Reg Organizer will delete them.

If electronic signatures are stored in another folder, and you do not know where, copy the signatures using standard ViPNet CSP tools.

Copying the ViPNet CSP key

  1. Open the VipNet program
  2. Open the electronic signature for copying
  3. Choose a place to copy the electronic signature
  4. Copy your electronic signature

After copying all the keys, go to the next step - downloading the Reg Organizer program.

Step 2. Download Reg Organizer

Find the Reg Organizer program and click the button "Download".

After downloading the program, install it.

Step 2. Install the program

Run the downloaded distribution kit, the Reg Organizer Installation Wizard will open. Click on "Further" to start the installation.

Copying and unpacking the files will begin. Wait for the processes to finish.

Complete the installation with the button "To complete"... Do not uncheck the box "Launch Reg Organizer".

Step 3. Remove ViPNet CSP using Reg Organizer

In the left part of the Reg Organizer window, select "Remove programs".

In chapter "Remove programs" start typing the name of the ViPNet CSP program to filter out unnecessary programs from the list.

Highlight the ViPNet CSP program with the cursor and click the button on the panel "Remove a program".

The system will ask you to select parameters for changing components. Select item Remove all components and press "Proceed".

Standard uninstallation of the program will start. Click on the button "Delete".

If the removal by the standard mechanism failed, do not worry, this is only a regular removal. Next, the system will forcefully remove all of its components.

After standard uninstallation, Reg Organizer will offer to find traces of the uninstalled program. Click on "Find" to start searching.

Now it remains to clean the operating system registry from the VipNet CSP program

Step 4. Clean up the operating system registry using Reg Organizer

To clean the registry, in the left part of the Reg Organizer window, select "Registry Editor".

In the open editor window, find traces of the program in the registry. To do this, enter in the search infotecs and press the button "To start searching".

Wait until the deletion is complete and repeat the same steps with the entry in the search vipnet.

At this stage, records about the ViPNet CSP encryption program have been completely removed from the system. As the final step, restart your computer and you can start installing the ViPNet CSP encryption provider.

Reinstalling the program on a computer

Step 2. Install the program

Open the downloaded archive and run the installation file. The ViPNet CSP installation wizard will open.

After closing the installation window, the system will offer to restart the computer. Reboot your computer.

After restarting the computer, start the ViPNet CSP program from the shortcut on the desktop.

Step 4. Register the program

After restarting the computer, the ViPNet CSP program will offer to register it officially, otherwise it will work in demo mode for 14 days.

If the ViPNet CSP version is 4.2 - item "Launch ViPNet CSP", and then close the program window. And redirect the report to the FIU.

If you have installed ViPNet CSP 4.0, select "Register ViPNet CSP" and press "Further".
