Open the properties of the version4.txt file and disable write permissions for all user groups.
Create a text file called magentsetup, change its extension from .txt to .exe and deny all rights to it.
Delete the original magentsetup.exe file.

The problem is not that it hangs in autorun, but that it is registered there with the -CU key, which most likely means something like checking updates :) most likely, deleting magentsetup is not necessary at all, since the same file is also used to uninstall the program with a PC, without it it will give an error and everything will have to be deleted manually, but at least its absence does not interfere with the work of the agent and this gives additional peace of mind that it will not do dirty tricks :)
