This version of the module for sending SMS messages supports work with industrial modems of domestic production - iRZ TU32, which replace the discontinued Airlink GL6110 modems manufactured by the American company Sierra Wireless. At the same time, full backward compatibility with previously supplied models is preserved, which guarantees protection of previously made investments.

Feature updates

In addition to the main one, the system implements an auxiliary priority alert processing algorithm. In contrast to the main mode, where the priority of the subscriber determines the order of his calls within the framework of the notification attempt, the additional algorithm determines the order of calls within the entire session. So, the system will try to call the priority subscriber until the limit of admissible attempts has been exhausted, and only then will it move on to calling the subscriber with a lower priority. The auxiliary algorithm is interesting in situations where it is not the fact of notifying the maximum number of subscribers that is important, but conveying information to officials in order of priority.

In addition to the automatic synthesis of voice messages in Russian, it became possible to notify in the Kazakh language by the voice of Asel (Asel) produced by the RTC. Localization of the interface and the ability to send SMS messages in the Kazakh language are currently not provided.

In Rupor 1.5, the possibilities for configuring the parameters of interaction with voice GSM-gateways of third-party manufacturers, taking into account the individual characteristics of their telephone interfaces, have been expanded.

A system designed for prompt delivery of voice and text information messages, as well as for conducting mass polls in an interactive form in an automatic mode through various communication channels.

The Rupor.BLITS software is included in the Unified Register of Russian Programs for Electronic Computers and Databases of the Ministry of Communications (Reg. N1959).

2015: "Shout II" release

The transition of the notification to the "Alerted by SMS" status now occurs only after receiving a "delivery report" from the operator's SMS center, which maintains confidence in the delivery of information to the subscriber.

If after SMS notification the "delivery report" does not come from the operator's SMS-center, you can restart the notification in manual mode. Adjustment of the acceptable waiting time for the "delivery report" and the number of attempts to send are now included in the advanced settings.

Redesigned the report form, improved visualization in the web interface. In the report, the list of intermediate statuses for notification by phone and SMS for each subscriber has been expanded, which allows monitoring the progress of the notification with high detail. In this release of "Shout II", the performance and stability of the software have been increased, including in the mode of integration with third-party information systems, and support for working with the HASP SL Pro software key has been implemented.

The "Rupor II" system is intended for contact centers, telecommunications, logistics companies and other organizations and allows notifying customers and emergency information in emergency situations around the clock.

Thanks to built-in speech synthesis and recognition technologies, "Shout II" notifies subscribers in the format of a familiar dialogue over the phone. It is also possible to send text messages - SMS or e-mail. The system allows you to simultaneously inform more than 100 subscribers via digital communication channels. This significantly reduces the time spent on notification, which is important in emergency situations or with a large subscriber base.

The main advantages of the "Rupor II" system are a flexible notification scenario, the convenience of forming tasks based on pre-created templates and round-the-clock work, taking into account time zones. The system provides information to subscribers at the permitted time, which allows for notification throughout the country.

In addition to the notification, "Rupor II" allows you to conduct a survey of subscribers without the participation of contact center operators.
