the Internet Windows Android

The laptop does not define the network. The laptop does not connect to Wi-Fi (not finding wireless networks, no available connections)

Many users are sooner or later faced with this problem. Causes due to which Wi-Fi does not work on a laptop can be different. Perhaps you recently installed a new operating system, bought a new router or reflash the old and others.

In general, if you also found yourself in such a situation, and you can't connect the laptop to the Wi-Fi network, then in this article we will look at several ways to help you connect the laptop to Wi-Fi.

Let's start with the simplest - restart Router. To do this, turn off the power supply from the outlet, wait 10 seconds and turn it back. Then restart the operating system.

Network diagnostics

Make diagnostics of networks. Although many will rather skeptically treat this advice, but sometimes he can help too. Right-click on the wireless network icon in the tray and select item "Diagnostics of problems". Windows perform the check, and if it detects the problem, offers ways to solve it.

If a message appears after the diagnostics:, then in a separate article you can read about ways to solve this error.

If after that, the laptop still does not see Wi-Fi, check, does the Wi-Fi Wireless Adapter enabled on the laptop.

Find on one of the F1-F12 buttons the wireless network icon, I have this F2. Also on the button itself, there should be a light indicator that indicates that Wi-Fi is turned on. Specifically, in my case, if the Wi-Fi is disabled - the light indicator is on. To enable it, press the FN + F2 combination.

You also need to check that the network card is turned on. To do this, click on the tray on the wireless network icon with the right mouse button and choose "Network and Common Access Control Center".

In the next window, click "Change adapter settings".

If you have "Wireless Network Connection" Highlighted with gray, click on it with right mouse button and select "Enable".

After that, the icon should become color. This suggests that the network adapter is enabled, and the laptop can connect to the Wi-Fi network.

Check drivers

Check the network adapter drivers. Click "Start" We write in the search string "Device Manager" And go to the found link.

Deploy the list "Network adapters". The desired adapter will be called like: model name and Wireless Network Adapter (Wi-Fi may be written).

First you need to make sure it is enabled. Therefore, click on it right-click, and if the menu is item "Enter"Click on it.

Now note that the adapter does not stand for a yellow exclamation mark or red cross. If you have the way in the figure below, then with the installed drivers everything is fine. If you have one of the mentioned characters (in the figure, I pointed out the arrow, as it may look), you need to install or update the drivers.

If you have a disk with a laptop, with drivers for installed devices, use it and reinstall the driver. If this does not help, the laptop will still not be able to connect to Wi-Fi, go to the official website of the manufacturer of your laptop, download the drivers for the network adapter from there and install them.

About installing drivers, you can read in the article :.

Also, to update or install the missing drivers, you can use.

WLAN auto-tuning service

This service is responsible for the wireless network adapters, and if it is not running, the adapters will not be available, respectively, the laptop will not be able to connect to Wi-Fi.

We go to the "Start" menu and write to the "service" search string. Go to the relevant item.

Then listed "WLAN auto-tuning service"I click on it right mouse button and if it is disabled, click "Run".

Checking Routher Settings

The router settings can be knocked out, and not always by the fault of the user. Perhaps it was simply changed by a network access password.

If you have a wireless network icon, and a yellow asterisk is located near it, click on it, select the network and try to connect to it, after learning whether the access password has not changed. The reason may be in this.

Also note the Network Information section (LAN). Perhaps it will be necessary to change the settings in accordance with the provider.

Those who have an error when trying to connect when trying to connect: if the article reference can help.

I hope at least one of the tips helped to solve the question: why the laptop does not connect to Wi-Fi, and now your device is successfully connected to the network.

Salex 03.12.2017 at 00:00 I have been reloaded everything: and there are firewood, and Wai Fi is on, and in the device manager everything is in order, but the network did not happen. In the end, I found out: "You enter the control panel, find equipment and sound The name "Setting the default mobility settings" is name, you go there, the window "Windows Mobility Center" appears, the Wireless Network Center need to activate the "Connect the Wireless Network" button and you immediately have a connection with the router. After connecting the password and enjoy. Good luck »

Greetings to you, dear reader! In this article, we will look at the common problems of Wi-Fi modules - why does not see a Wi-Fi adapter, why the adapter itself does not see the network, why everything does not work at all. If this is about you - read the article on.

Some moments in the article may not be disclosed and forgotten - after all, after all you will not keep track of everything. If you have any additions, wishes, questions - welcome to the comments.

Instead of administration

There are many adapters of different manufacturers, while they are still separately divided into external (USB) and internal. Of course, there are separate nuances, but mostly all the problems on them are the same, and the solutions for them are also the same.

So we read consistently, we are looking for your problem, ask questions - together we will surely find a solution to any complex problem. Begin!

Almost under each adapter model, we have a separate instruction on setting up. Just use the search on our site when you have a configuration problem.

2 Main problems

In my experience there are only 2 main problems associated with adapters:

  1. No driver.
  2. Problem in Windows services.

On the built-in adapters, it was still possible to search whether it was enabled in the settings of the network adapters, but here, as a rule, everything should be included with the physically connected. So if nothing of the following will work out - you can suspect a hardware breakdown.

Before making a diagnosis of hardware breakdown, be sure to check the adapter on another PC or laptop. There were cases when the problem was deeply sewn in the operating system and had to update it (modern "dozen" usually copes with new iron better, but not for all the old you can now find fully working drivers).

No Driver

Some adapters do not want to start without a driver. Especially on old operating systems. Moreover, some old adapters do not want to start on new systems for the same reason. The manufacturer did not take care of the release of the updated driver.

In any case, the procedure for eliminating the problem is such:

  1. We connect the adapter - there must be at least some kind of sound connection in the columns, or visually it can be highlighted.
  2. We are waiting - maybe the system itself will install the driver.
  3. If nothing happened, it may be a driver with a driver with a driver (already found rarely, but happens) or on pieces of paper included an address for downloading special utilities to work with the adapter?
  4. If nothing comes out, go to DRP.SU, download the program to check the drivers and try to upgrade with it (do not load with its help an extra trash can, we are only interested in installing drivers).

At the output in the device manager, you should display a normal detected wireless device, approximately as here:

If there is no wireless adapter in the device manager, then the problem is exactly necessary to search at the level of drivers or hardware breakdown. Do not forget to check the work on another device!

If the adapter is calm here, but there is no possibility of finding wireless networks, start digging in the direction of the operating system settings.

Problems of the operating system

These problems can appear in different ways:

  • A message appears "Not connected: No available connections."
  • Special utilities that are included with the adapter (if any) stop connecting to networks.

All the salt of these problems - the adapter seems to be working, but for some reason it refuses to seek completely. And usually the whole thing in the network service of wireless connections. All you need to do is enable WLAN auto-tuning service. Some, for some reason, it is originally turned off, and it makes it difficult to work with the normal operation of the adapters. How to turn it on?

The Windows 7 and Windows 10 interface diverges here, but I found a common option to enable service settings:

  1. Click right-click on my computer (or on the desktop, or in the Start menu). Here you choose control:

  1. Services and applications - services. We are looking for a "WLAN auto-tuning service" and check its work status. If it is turned off, you can immediately turn it on (as well as set an automatic switching on when operating system start):

If nothing has earned after applying the parameters, try to reboot.

Sometimes the utility itself causes a conflict of work in the services, even if the service itself works great. Recommendation for this case - Delete utility, restart, try to install clean drivers from the official website of the adapter manufacturer.

Sometimes laptop users face that the technique ceases to see the Wi-Fi network. This problem may have several reasons. They lick either in the device itself, or in the router.

Learn whether there are no problems with the router

First of all, you need to check if there is no problem in the router. To do this, you will need an additional device, such as a smartphone. Try to find with it. If the technique connects to Wi-Fi and goes into the Internet without any problems, then the problem is exclusively in the computer. If other devices also do not see the network, you need to repair the router. There are several ways.

Reboot

Turn off and turn on the router using a button usually located on the back of the case. This will restart all the processes performed by him. After it boosts again, try to find a network.

By clicking on the button located on the back of the housing, you can restart the router

Reset parameters

Perhaps the settings of the router for some reason have come down. The easiest way to restore them is to reset the parameters before the default values. To do this, hold the RESET button on the rear panel of the router for 10-15 seconds. When the icons start blinking, the router will reboot. The button can be released - the settings are reset. Check again, whether the network has earned.

Pressing the RESET button will reset the router settings

Repeated

After resetting the settings, all parameters must be renovated:

Also try to connect the LAN cable or modem directly to the computer, thereby checking whether it works or not. Maybe the Internet is not paid or there are malfunctions on the side of the operator. If so, then the problem must be solved not with a computer or router.

Channel change

If at home there are several devices connected to the Wi-Fi network, it is possible that their frequencies intersect together. Therefore, it is worth trying to change the settings. Go to Wireless Setting and set a new value for the Channel parameter.

Set another value for the Channel parameter so that there is no conflict in the network

Solving problems with laptop

If the problem with the network occurs solely on the laptop, then it is necessary to check if the Wi-Fi adapter is activated and are the necessary drivers installed.

Note if you do not have a Wi-Fi settings partition, it may say that this module is not included in your laptop package and it is not capable of receiving a wireless signal. In this case, you will have to acquire an external receiving device separately.

Activation of the module

Perhaps the adapter responsible for working with Wi-Fi is deactivated. There are several ways to turn it on. See whether there is a special button with a signal icon on the laptop housing. Just click on it to actuate the module. Also inspect the F1-F12 keys, one of them must include and disable the adapter. Often the default combination Fn + F5 is used.

Photo Gallery: Module Activation By Buttons

To enable a Wi-Fi adapter, try pressing the FN + F5 combination The wi-fi-fi adapter button may be on the laptop keypad. Turn on the Wi-Fi module on some laptops using a button on the housing

Activation of Windows Module

Also, the module can be enabled through the system parameters:

After that, try to connect to the network.

Check drivers

For proper operation of computer components, drivers are needed. Initially, they are installed automatically, but over time they can stop being relevant, so it is necessary to set them again manually:

  1. Expand Device Manager. You can find it using a system search string.

You can find device dispatch options using a search string.

  2. A list of all devices connected to the computer will appear. Find a wireless adapter (if there are several of them, follow the actions described below for each), select it and proceed to updating the drivers.

Select the adapter and click the Update Drivers button

  3. By the name of the adapter, find the latest version of the drivers for him on the Internet. It is recommended to download drivers only from the official site of the manufacturer.

Drivers are safer thank you on the website of the manufacturer of the router

  4. By downloading drivers to the computer's memory, return to the installation procedure and select Manual Search.

Select the option "Perform the search for drivers on this computer"

  5. Specify the path to the previously loaded file and wait until the installation is completed. Then restart the computer to change the changes to take effect, and check whether Wi-Fi has earned.

Specify the path to the driver file.

Video: What to do if the laptop does not see Wi-Fi

What to do if nothing helped

If you have completed all the actions described above, but the Internet does not appear, one option remains - a broken Wi-Fi module. It will not work independently, you will have to contact the service center so that experts take up. If the warranty period has not yet expired, the help will be provided for free.

Thus, the laptop may not connect to the network for two reasons: the router functions incorrectly or the Wi-Fi module does not work. To fix the router, you need to restart or reset its settings. To make a module, you need to enable it and install drivers.

Often Android users complain about the lack of connecting to a public or home network Wi-Fi. Therefore, for all those who faced a similar problem, we have prepared material to contain causes and troubleshooting.

Why the phone does not see the WiFi network

Problems affecting the display of access points are conventionally associated with malfunctions:

  1. On the side of the mobile device.
  2. On the side of the router.

To troubleshoot problems with displaying Wi-Fi networks, you must correctly diagnose the problem. To identify the cause, the best way will be connected to another mobile device. If the second smartphone does not see the wireless network, then the problems are associated with a router or incorrect settings. To clarify the latter, it will be better to connect to another point of access.

Probable problems and solutions

Problem 1: Wi-Fi on the phone is on, but access points are not displayed.

Cause: Failure to work Wi-Fi module on the phone

Sometimes there are malfunctions in the phone that preventing the list of available access points. More often such a problem is observed in custom firmware, where Wi-Fi / Mobile Network is not debugged.

Decision:

  1. If the problems started after changing the firmware / communication module, position the factory system back.

Problem 2: Phone does not see Wai Fi at home

Cause 1: Incorrect Routher Settings

If the phone does not see only the home network, but shows other access points in the house / apartment or elsewhere, the router probably is incorrectly set to work with your phone. Then you need to enter the router management console and double-check the settings.

Decision:

  1. Make sure the distribution function of the mobile Internet is activated. To do this, open the "Wireless Settings" section, the name of the item from different manufacturers is different. It is important to set flags opposite items "Enable Wireless Broadcasting Router" and "Enable SSID Broadcasting".
  2. Change the network mode to a less modern standard, for example 11B or 11G. Since some phones are equipped with outdated standards and do not always see Wi-Fi network, with new standards.
  3. Also change the region, the channel and the width of the channel, if the recommendations described above are unsuccessful.

  1. If the router broadcasts a signal at 5 GHz, and the phone supports the frequency only 2.4 GHz, the network will not be displayed in the phone.

Cause 2: The frequency range is not properly exposed.

If a two-frequency Wi-Fi module is installed in the smartphone, the default mode is auto. Thus, the phone determines the access points operating at a frequency of 2.4 and 5 GHz. If the settings are set only on one frequency, the routers translating the signal at another frequency will not be displayed in the phone menu.

Decision:

Check the module mode in the phone settings: phone settings - Wi-Fi - advanced settings in the drop-down list - the frequency range Wi-Fi is automatic mode.

Problem 3: The network is periodically displayed and disappeared

Cause 1: Weak antenna signal, interference

If the access point with different periodicity appears in the phone, and then disappears, probably at the router antenna is set to low transmitter power. It is worth paying attention to the number of icon divisions in the string with the name of the access point. One or two divisions indicate a weak signal.

For the signal strength also affect interference. For 2.4 GHz routers, critical is a large location near access points, with the same operating frequency. And still working equipment: microwave, joysticks, mice, etc. For models of broadcasting signal at a frequency of 5 GHz, even a sheet of paper is considered interference.

Decision:

Increase the transmitter power to the maximum level. To do this, open the router settings console and select "Advanced Wireless Settings" section. Set the value "High", and then save the settings.

Remove objects that break the antenna and prevent the free distribution of the signal. Rearrange the router away from the equipment that creates interference - microwave, wireless mice and keyboard, etc.

Reason 2: Active Low Signal Access Points Active

The Wi-Fi settings have a function that allows you to hide the display of access points where the signal level is low or often interrupted. Deactivation of such an option will expand the number of available access points nearby.

Decision:

Open the phone settings - Wi-Fi - advanced settings in the drop-down list - uncheck the checkbox from the "Do not use a weak connection" item.

Problem 4: Phone does not catch Wai Wai at home, but it works steadily with other points of access

Cause: Failure to work the router or damaged firmware

If no device is connected to the home access point, but it is consistently connected to neighboring routers, and the change in the settings of the router did not give results, the home router is probably broken. Sometimes firmware flies.

Decision:

Run the settings and / or update the firmware. If the performance does not recover - replace the router or attributed to the service center.

Cause: Wi-Fi module breakdown

Wi-Fi failure is a rare phenomenon. Usually, other modules - Bluetooth and / or GPS are passable. To identify the breakdown, you should carefully check the settings on your phone and router. Conduct connection with other equipment, at a frequency of 2.4 and 5 GHz. If the firmware is changed / module - unsuccessful, you should contact the service center. If the module fails is confirmed, the motherboard removed from another device more often changes for recovery.

Output

It is not difficult to find the problem, if you determine on whose side there were problems. In the absence of actions to change the settings / firmware, it was not made, and the network does not see a specific phone, then the problem lies in the mobile device. If the access point does not see other smartphones, then the problems are connected to the router. It is also impossible to exclude interference, because of other points of access and equipment operating at a frequency of 2.4 GHz.

The computer does not see the router. Why not visible wi-fi

Many users are sooner or later faced with this problem. Causes due to which Wi-Fi does not work on a laptop can be different. Perhaps you recently installed a new operating system, bought a new router or reflash the old and others.

In general, if you also found yourself in such a situation, and you it is impossible to connect the laptop to the Wi-Fi networkIn this article, we will look at several ways to help you connect a laptop to Wi-Fi.

Let's start with the simplest - restart Router. To do this, turn off the power supply from the outlet, wait 10 seconds and turn it back. Then restart the operating system.

Make diagnostics of networks. Although many will rather skeptically treat this advice, but sometimes he can help too. Right-click on the wireless network icon in the tray and select item "Diagnostics of problems". Windows perform the check, and if it detects the problem, offers ways to solve it.

Check the network adapter drivers. Click "Start" We write in the search string "Device Manager" And go to the found link.

There are several main reasons thanks to which a computer Can be isolated from the rest of the network. Typically, the problem lies in the wrong parameters of firewall settings and similar programs.

Instruction

Open the Start menu and go to "Run". Enter the CMD command in the opened field and press the ENTER key. Type the IPCONFIG / ALL command in the menu that appears and write down the MAC address of the desired network card. Enter its value to the above table.

Clean the Routing Table or Route Table menu items that are associated with data. a computerohm. Make sure that the NAT function is enabled for this PC. Save the router settings.

Now check the settings of the a computerbut. First, be sure to turn off third-party programs that control network traffic. It can be an Outpost Firewall utility or its analogues. Now turn off the Windows Firewall. As practice shows, it is very difficult to adjust it on its own, and the effect of her work is too small.

Open the Start menu and go to the control panel. Find and open the "Administration" item, which is located in the "System and Security" menu. Open the service item. Find the Windows Firewall Service, click on it right-click and select "Stop". Now open its properties and set the "Run Type" field.

Check the network adapter operation parameters. Make sure the specified IP address is in the allowable zone. Try changing its value to one of the network a computeroV, having previously turned off the second PC. Reboot a computer And try again to access network resources.

The list of reasons for the enforcement of a computer / laptop is quite large: the system of operating system system files, the overload of system resources, the failure sector on the hard drive, overheating internal parts, the effects of viruses and others. When you hang a laptop, you need to restart it.

You will need

  • - Administrator rights.

Instruction

Laptops, unlike stationary computers, do not have the RESET buttons on the case. Therefore, when the system hangs, the user remains one option: completely turn off the device. To do this, click the power button and hold down until the laptop is turned off (usually not more than 30 seconds). As a rule, the button all this time is kept pressed. Users often do not wait for the shutdown time, and think that their laptop does not turn off.

If the shutdown occurred due to strong overheating (it is felt by abnormally hot air near the laptop air holes. Such actions will deprive you guarantees on the device if the warranty period is not over yet. Contact your service center, and you will definitely help solve this The problem, but you have to pay.

What to do if WiFi does not work on a laptop: video

An article about the reasons for that. That computer, laptop do not see the Internet entry point through the router. Ways to eliminate the problem.

Navigation

There are times when the computer is connected, a laptop through router, to the Internet access point, the input remains not available. In this case, you should find out the reasons why router Does not see the entrance to the worldwide network.

The absence of the Internet can lead to big problems at work.

Causes can different. For example, a router works, network access points on a computer device, no.
Causes of the above situation:

  • work programs are not installed.
  • error of technical equipment (hardware).
  • no online connection.
  • wiFi module breakdown and many other problems.

We will look at the most encountered network access problems, their elimination. We give an example of solving tasks for routher. Companies TP-LINK..

Solutions of the problem in the absence of the program installation - Drivers

So, yours PC, notebook does not see wiFi entry points. Explore the computer controlling software. If the program is incorrect operation, the access input module works not correctly.

  • we accept a report to correct problems or prompt about further actions.

Solving the problem of hardware error

Hardware error or error is a problem with component parts for assembling a computer device (video card, processor device, and so on).

Errors occur with a large load on the device, operation at elevated air temperature, incorrect adjustment, damage to the radiator fan and so on. As a result, the computer simply breaks out, it follows that wiFi access point absent.

The solution of the problem:

  • if the computer does not work due to the overheating of the system, the broken part should be replaced. Repairs can be made in the service center.
  • if the computer, the laptop does not work because of the disabled antenna, check whether the antenna is connected to the adapter, whether the terminals of the connection of dust or mud are clogged.
  • if the above actions have not led to the desired result, the devices do not see the network access point, contact a technical support center.

After considering the general issues on the access point WiFi.let's tell why the wireless network may not work on routers Firms TP-LINK..
Example, tP-LINK router Connected, is in operating mode, the Internet does not pass.
The problem is solved as follows:

  • check inclusion WiFi. on a computer device
Specify whether you see other networks.
  • when buying a new router, the network will have a standard name. Turn off the router, noting which network will disappear.
  • restart the router.
  • access B. Net Recover.
  • if the problem has not disappeared, check the router connection to the electrical current network and turn on the key. ON / OFF. on the device (option number 1).

Check the connection of the router to the electrical current network and turn on the ON / OFF key on the device.

  • check the power on the wireless network on Router, key mounted in the case (see Figure, Option number 2).

Check the power on the wireless network on the router, key mounted in the case

  • access B. Net Recover.

In the case when the above actions do not lead to a positive result, you will need to check the settings.
Scheme:

  • enter the settings router.
  • dial the input address in the browser line 192.168.1.1 (0.1).

Set icons on "Enable Wireless Routio Wireless Broadcast" and "Enable SSID Broadcast"

  • restart the device.
  • activate key "Save."
  • signal transmission Wi-Fi Networks with help tP-LINK router, will be in action.

We reviewed the main problems and solutions for which access to Net through router On a computer, laptop.

We hope the information will be useful to you! Good luck on the Internet!

We have already considered solutions to many problems that may occur when the laptop is connected to the Wi-Fi network, or in the process of use. But, there is one popular problem that I have not yet written. This is when the laptop does not see the Wi-Fi network. In principle, the problem relates not only to laptops, but also to the stationary computer, which are connected to Wi-Fi through the adapter (external, or internal). With a problem when the laptop does not see Wi-Fi, you can encounter Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, and even in Windows 10. If you have installed Windows 10, and the computer does not see your router, then see a separate instruction :. Since the solutions there are practical the same, it does not matter what system your laptop works on. Now we will try to figure out why the laptop does not see the wireless networks, on the example of Windows 7.

Before moving to some settings, let's try to figure out what a problem is specifically for you. There are two options:

  • When any Wi-Fi network is not displayed in the list of networks available to connect networks. That is, the computer does not find Wi-Fi at all. But you are sure that there are wireless networks within a radius. Other devices see them.
  • And when the laptop does not see only your Wi-Fi network, while others, the neighboring network sees.

On such two parts I will share this article. You can immediately move to the desired section with the solution of your problem.

Another important point. If you have an error on your computer "No available connections", and a red cross near the Wi-Fi connection icon, then by solving this error there is a separate one.

Why does the laptop sees the wireless networks (none)?

Most popular reasons:

  • There are no available networks within a radius. (we were already excluded)
  • The wireless adapter driver is not installed, and therefore it cannot find wireless networks. Or the driver is installed, but it works incorrectly.
  • Wi-Fi on a laptop is simply turned off.
  • It happens that the Wi-Fi receiver is simply faulty, or disabled (for example, during the cleaning of the laptop from dust).

But, most often, of course, the problem is in the disabled wireless adapter, or in the absence of the desired driver. This is us now and consider.

Check the wireless adapter driver

If you have a connection icon in the form of a computer with a red cross, the driver is most likely not installed on the notification panel.

To check, we need to go to the Device Manager. Open menu Start, Right-click on A computerand select Control. In a new window, go to the tab Device Manager. Open section Network adaptersAnd look if there is an adapter there, in whose behalf there are words "Wi-Fi", or "Wireless". It looks like this:

If this adapter is not there, as a rule, in this case, only one adapter (network card) is displayed there, then you need to install it. If he is there, then it should be without any badges, as in my screenshot above. If there is some icon near the Wi-Fi adapter, then click on it with the right mouse button, and select Cycling. Most likely, you will have to install the required driver. We have a separate installation instructions :.

If the driver is all right, then let's check whether Wi-Fi is enabled on your computer..

Right-click on the network connection icon, and select Network and Shared Access Control Center. Then, select Change adapter settings.

After that, the computer should see the wireless networks, and you can easily connect to your Wi-Fi network.

Perhaps you have wireless networks disabled with a keyboard key on a laptop. You need to check, I wrote this in more detail in the article :. And if you have a "dozen" :.

After these actions, you must earn everything. The main thing is that the Wi-Fi network icon appears with a yellow asterisk, it means that there are available for network connection.

The laptop does not see my Wi-Fi, and others sees. Solution to the problem.

If we have considered the situation above when wireless networks are not displayed at the laptop, now we will understand why the laptop does not see only one Wi-Fi network you need. And other networks, adjacent, displayed in the list available. This problem more often appears on mobile devices: smartphones and tablets. But computers are no exception.

In this case, the problem already needs to look on the Wi-Fi side of the router. Almost always, the solution is the same: channel change Wi-Fi network. If the router itself, or in manual mode, set up a static 13 channel in the settings, then the computer will most likely not see the network. Therefore, you need to check, and change the channel in the router settings. How to change the canal on different routers, I wrote in the article:

Here for example, changing the channel on TP-LINK. You can change it with settings, on the Wireless tab (Wireless mode). Try putting a static channel (just do not put 12 and 13), Or install AUTO.

If it does not help, you can still change the name Wi-Fi network. You can also do this in the settings, on the tab with the wireless network settings.
