In general, almost all problems of this kind occur due to the black cartridge, which fails. To find out for sure, you need to spend a special test by printing the page. The easiest way to solve the problem is to buy a new cartridge or an appeal to a specialized service.

Problem 4: Printer prints blue

The reasons for which the network printer does not print:

  • A printer port is blocked on a remote computer.

The problem is not eliminated? Go ahead. So, if the printer does not print the PDF file, perhaps the author protected it from printing (PDF supports functions). Problems with cartridges, dye, CSS

The blockage of the head of the dried ink - the usual thing with a debt of non-use of the inkjet printer. If the plug is relatively small, cleaning the problem helps the problem (outlet openings). This is also done using the printer's branded utility, and each manufacturer has this function in its own way:

  • HP is cleaning cartridges.

  • Epson has a print head cleaning.

Spots and stripes (sometimes almost black sheets) when printing on a laser or LED printer - a consequence of the leakage of the cartridge (toner is poured), overflowing the hopper-peculiar, falling inside the device of foreign minor items, damage, improper installation or wear of the cartridge details.

Problems after refueling when:

  • the printer prints only one tint, for example, red;
  • print looks too pale with full cartridge;
  • instead of the image - multicolored spots, etc.,

The complete lack of image (white sheets) or print defects after replacing the original cartridge or dye on conditionally suitable - just the result of the incompatibility of the latter with your printer model. Printer problems

The printer failure is not always manifested by a complete refusal when the device does not turn on or does not fulfill its functions. In some cases, it looks like this:

  • The printer does not print one of the colors, for example, black. Cartridge is well-compatible, paint is. Replacing the cartridge and toner does not help.
  • Only part of the document is printed.
  • Toner is not fixed on paper.
  • No capture paper from the tray.
  • The printer does not print or incorrectly transfers the text of any documents to paper, does not reproduce typical frequently used fonts.
  • The impression is incorrectly positioned on the sheet.
  • Instead of one document, several and vice versa are printed.

At home without special training, the bulk of such problems is not solved. Independently, the user can see if the unit has written the paper; If yes - try to extract it; Check whether the cartridge is installed correctly; Remove foreign objects that have fallen into the device if they are easily accessible; Clear visible pollution.
