In accordance with subparagraph 5.5 of the Regulations on Federal Service State Statistics, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 2, 2008 N 420, and in pursuance of the Federal Plan of Statistical Work, approved by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 6, 2008 N 671-p, order:
1. To approve the quarterly form of federal statistical observation of N 1-P (fish) submitted by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation of the Russian Federation, The data on which is carried out in the Russian system and introduce it from the report for January - June 2017 (Appendix).
2. To establish the provision of data on the form of federal statistical monitoring of the address and the deadlines established in the form specified in paragraph 1 of this order.
3. Instructions for filling out the form of federal state statistical observation N 1-P (fish) "Information about the catch of fish, the extraction of other aquatic bioresources and the production of fish products"
When filling out the form N 1-P (fish), it should be borne in mind that its data should correspond to similar reporting indicators for N P-1.
With the introduction of this instruction, not to apply the previously active instructions on compiling reports by production associations (combines), fisher enterprises and fishing collective farms on the implementation of the product plan, approved by the CSS of the USSR from 22.12.76 N 4-72.

II. Filling out the indicators of the form N 1-P (fish)
7. In the figure of "fish and extraction of other aquatic bioresources" include data on the catch of all types of fish, invertebrates (crustaceans, mollusks, iglozzy), algae, marine mammals (whales, marine animals) caught in the exclusive economic zone of Russia, economic ( Fishing) zones of foreign countries and open areas of the ocean, in inland natural reservoirs, reservoirs and ponds.
When filling in this section, the form should be guided by the lists of the aqueous bioresources and areas of the fishery given in Appendices N 1 and N 2 to this form.
8. Fish-raw, directed to food dogs (Kamchatka, Okhotsk coast, etc.), as well as artificially grown fish are included in the total amount of fish catch, including each specific type. Fish-raw, which went on the production of non-tying products, should be shown not with a total of, but to be included in that kind of fish to which it belongs.
Business entities of all forms of ownership, which fully or partially surrender fish-raw for further processing to other economic entities, in the report lead data on the total catch of fish, including and subsequently recycled.
9. Fishmery to the data on the catch of fish includes fish, grown and transferred to the trading network or processing business entities, as well as underestimated to overexharged in special cages and swimming pools and accepted for responsible storage.
10. Not included in the data on the catch of fish:
Fish spent fishermen on fisheries for its own power (in the boiler), as well as used for bait;
Fish-raw and confiscates received for processing from third-party economic entities;
Pond fish implemented as material for breeding (fry, seboolets, ageon), as well as a two-year-old of herbivorous fish (Tolstolobik, Cup).

12. Data on the catch of fish and the extraction of other aquatic bioresources are given in tons, the extraction of marine beasts and whales - in tons and heads.
13. The catch information is given in each area of \u200b\u200bthe fishery and every object of fishing, as well as a common catch (in all areas of fishing and all Lov objects). This information is given in section 1 forms as follows.

SECTION 3. PRODUCTION OF FISH PRODUCTS IN NATURAL AND COMMUNICATIONS
Culinary Products (926600) include Culinary Products Fish, Herring, Calf, Fish Muffle and Seafood, Fish, Fishery, Fish Products (Cutlets, Meatballs, Sausages, Sausages, Parents, Pasta, Dumplings, Crazy, Solyanka, Salads, Vinigrets, Patties, Couples, etc.), boiled fish, smoked-baked and fried, fish sticks, fish fried in a grace, jelly and fuses from fish, soup kits, etc. The culinary products do not include mince food and fish special cutting.
