Everything is fine, but I was surprised by the amount of the refund (about half the cost of the dress, taking into account the discount). It turned out that I had not read carefully the rules for returning goods:

And that was just my case. I remembered that I ordered several products and applied a 15% discount to the order, the condition of which was the order amount of at least 5,000 rubles.

After I made a request for a refund for a defective product, the order amount without the returned product no longer met the terms of the transaction. Thus, the entire discount for the entire order was deducted from the amount of the dress without discount.

Given this fact, it would be more logical to request a replacement dress, rather than a refund.
