The best Galaxy S8 accessories. Accessories for Samsung Galaxy S8 Gadgets for Samsung s8

Car chargerBelkin Type-C

While some cars come with wireless charging panels that can be used to charge mobile devices, they are very small and often cause compatibility issues. Thus, you might want to consider a Belkin Type-C Car Charger. The device, as the name suggests, comes with a USB-C cable that plugs into a charger. When you're in the car, simply plug in your Galaxy S8 or S8 Plus to charge your smartphone on the go. This is especially useful when you are using GPS navigation from your phone.

Portable battery with fast charging

When you're on the go and need a little extra power, consider purchasing the Samsung Fast Charge Portable Battery Pack. The slim device comes with a 5,100mAh battery that can give your Galaxy S8 Plus two full charges while you're away from a power outlet. Thanks to the USB-C connection, the battery can also charge your device 1.5 times faster than standard USB models.

Samsung Connect Home is a combination of Wi-Fi router and smart things connector. You can buy multiple Connect Homes based on your home size to get better access. But what makes Samsung Connect Home especially useful when paired with the Galaxy S8 is the ability to control smart home appliances using your smartphone. Samsung hasn't disclosed pricing or availability of the device yet.

Case-keyboard

If you're looking for a BlackBerry-like experience with the Galaxy S8, Samsung offers a keyboard case for the Galaxy S8. This case comes with a physical keyboard at the bottom of the screen that covers the virtual keys. The Galaxy S8 software recognizes the case, allowing you to interact with the physical keys. The case also wraps around the smartphone and protects it from spilled drinks and other impacts.

HeadphonesAKG N40

The Samsung Galaxy S8 comes with AKG headphones, but they are not of the highest class. You might consider purchasing AKG N40, a high quality headphone from a Samsung / Harman collaboration. They provide high quality sound and have replaceable sound filters to modulate the sound. Think of the N40 headphones as a much more comfortable (and more expensive) version of what you get with the Galaxy S8.

SamsungGear 360

Samsung is offering a new camera this year, a redesigned Gear 360. The device now comes with a grip on the bottom for a comfortable grip. The Gear 360 also comes with dual cameras capable of capturing 180-degree content and then stitching 360-degree videos and photos together. The Gear 360 can last up to 130 minutes on a single charge and record 4K video. With the Galaxy S8, you can stream and share content on the fly. Samsung hasn't announced pricing yet.

Spigen offers a wireless charging option if you're not too keen on Samsung's official options. Spigen Qi Wireless Charger allows you to install your smartphone and keep working. As you would expect, the charger does not require a connection to the Galaxy S8, and an indicator light indicates the charging status.

Samsung offers a wide range of wireless printers, but only a few support the Samsung Mobile Print platform, which allows you to send a print job from the Galaxy S8. Samsung Color Laser Xpress C430W is one such device. The printer is connected to the nearest network and can print both color and black and white photos. It can print 19 pages per minute.

AdapterTechMatte USB-C onMicro USB

There are times when you need to connect more than just a charger to your Galaxy S8. And when that happens, consider the TechMatte USB-C Micro USB Adapter. The tiny accessory lets you connect your device to a computer or tablet that doesn't support USB Type-C. It is a great way to transfer data and perform other tasks. Best of all, you can get two in one for a low price.

Ultra-thin wireless charging pad.

DanForce Ultra-Slim Wireless Charging Pad is another option if you don't want to plug your Galaxy S8 into a power outlet. DanForce is characterized by its futuristic design, which makes wireless charging a much more stylish solution than conventional panels. The device comes with an 18-month warranty and comes with an LED backlight to tell you when your Samsung smartphone is charging.

And the S8 Plus, a brand new flagship smartphone, deserves a protective case - it's slightly larger than all your smartphones of the past, and the grip-friendly bezel has been replaced with a thin bezel for the Infinity display.
The good news is that there are already plenty of cases for the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus designed for both protection and style. You will find most of these in online stores and some of the city's retail stores.

Leading case makers have also supplied their products for the Galaxy S8, including Incipio, Otterbox and Speck, traditionally not without official Samsung cases, wallet cases and others. There's even a Mophie extra battery case.

Here are the best Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus cases we've found so far.

Samsung Galaxy S8 Clear View Stand Case

The best case for watching videos on a big phone.
Pros: Stand in a case | Screen window;
Minuses: Non-removable hinged cover;

This Samsung Galaxy S8 case protects your phone by leaving a window for date and time, incoming calls, music controls and on-screen notifications. Plus, it can be used as a stand so that you can easily watch landscape movies.

Samsung Galaxy S8 LED View Cover
54 LEDs light up your case.
Pros: LED backlight case | Control through the cover;
Minuses: You don't get full access to the screen with the cover;

This is a fun case for Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus, which is illuminated by LEDs through a translucent cover. There are 54 dedicated LEDs, and you can also have limited control over your phone without having to open the case cover.

Silicone case Samsung Silicone Cover

Smooth silicone outside, microfiber inside.
Pros: Vibrant Color Options | Microfiber interior.
Minuses: Difficult to slip into your pocket;

This is the most standard case from Samsung. It has a smooth, rubberized surface to the touch, and the interior is made of microfiber to protect the smartphone from scratches. It protects your phone and offers multiple vibrant colors.

Samsung Alcantara Cover

Wrap your Galaxy S8 in the suede of this case.
Pros: Soft, textured suede | Lip around the screen;
Minuses: Suede will get rough with age;

The premium Samsung Alcantara case is crafted from textured leather very reminiscent of suede, covering the entire smartphone. You also get a small protrusion around the display to avoid scratching the bezel when the smartphone is placed face down.

Case Samsung 2Piece

Samsung Galaxy S8 in a bikini case.
Pros: Unique designs and color combinations;
Minuses: The case does not offer protection at the center of the smartphone;

This is the strangest looking Samsung Galaxy S8 case you can buy. Its styling belies everything we love about a sleek and symmetrical smartphone with two cushions that wrap around the top and bottom of the S8. The rest of the smartphone remains vulnerable. We would advise you to skip.

Samsung Clear Cover

Official transparent smartphone case.
Pros: Transparent case (0.8 mm) | Doesn't hide the design of the smartphone;
Minuses: Not;

Reveal the true color and keep the slim silhouette of the Samsung Galaxy S8 with this clear case. It measures 0.8mm in thickness, so you won't make this sleek smartphone bulky like most other cases. This is a lossless defense.

Samsung Keyboard Cover
BlackBerry keyboard on your Samsung Galaxy S8.
Pros: Choice of Former BlackBerry Users;
Minuses: You live in the future or the past;

The Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus Keyboard Case is actually a very practical solution for a large 18.5: 9 screen. You get physical keys and don't cover most of the screen with the keyboard. A way to convert Galaxy S8 to BlackBerry for those who want more than BlackBerry KeyOne has to offer.

Otterbox Defender and Commuter Covers

Hard cases for Galaxy S8.
Pros: Serious level of protection;
Minuses: Increases the size of an already large smartphone;

Otterbox makes heavy-duty cases for the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus, so you get protection from any fall with the incredibly durable Defender and the nearly equally durable Commuter series. Both have polycarbonate shells and synthetic rubber.

Otterbox Symmetry and Strada Cases
The most fashionable Otterbox cases.
Pros: A variety of styles with less stress | Basic fall protection;
Minuses: Not as durable as Defender covers

Not all Otterbox cases are designed to be bulky. Check out the Symmetry case, which offers basic drop protection or the Strada range of leather cases. The latter has a slot for a memory card and a screen cover. It is also easy to install or remove.

Incipio Galaxy S8 Cases

22 different Incipio cases for the S8.
Pros: Lots of styles | Glitter case will be a great gift;
Minuses: There is no money in the wallet case, as in the picture :(

Incipio already offers 22 Galaxy S8 cases (and 22 more for the Galaxy S8 Plus), and here are our favorites: Carnaby boasts a padded fabric back that resembles the stylish Insipio backpacks. Stowaway offers a pocket for three credit cards, while Haven offers drop protection from two meters. Not enough? Incipio also offers two shiny cases.

Caseology Galaxy S8 Cases

Four Galaxy S8 cases, from thin to oversized.
Pros: Thin and heavy cases;
Minuses: Not;

There are four Caseology cases for the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus, and all are inexpensive. Opening the list is Caseology Coastline, a see-through polycarbonate case for the minimalist, the Parallax case provides a stylish look and some protection, the Vault case is more easily described as “thin armor,” and the Legion offers solid protection without compromise.

Speck Galaxy S8 Cases

Covers do not show off.
Pros: Slim and stylish design | Grip with non-slip surface;

Speck offers its cases for Samsung Galaxy S8 in a slim design with the necessary level of protection that can keep your smartphone safe for the next couple of years. We love the new Presidio for this very reason. It has a slim design, however, it offers drop protection and has a lip around the screen. Speck Presidio Grip, on the other hand, is designed to protect the flagship smartphone from rougher impact, has a non-slip coating and will help the phone survive a fall from height.

Galaxy S8 Casemate Cases

Mesmerizing Waterfall Covers.
Pros: You will be fascinated by the Casemat covers;
Minuses: Design isn't for everyone;

You can find some fun cases in the Casemat collection for the Galaxy S8. Skip the Naked Tough Clear case and choose from three Naked Tough Waterfall. They have cascading sequins on their traditional case shapes, an interesting solution for larger 5.8 "and 6.2" phones. An interesting case is also the Casemate Karat, which has various metallic accents (like gold flakes, mother-of-pearl and silver) inside the case - it's a shame they don't move.

Lifeproof Galaxy S8 Cases

Military grade protection.
Pros: Additional protection and waterproofing;
Minuses: Only covers for serious protection;

Lifeproof cases for Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus provide your smartphone with army grade 810G-516.6 security standard. With these cases, your phone is ready for any scuffle, dramatically expanding the waterproof capabilities of your smartphone. The company also claims to have tested the cases for drops and shocks.

Tech21 Galaxy S8 Cases

Inexpensive, but they know their job.
Pros: Simple designs and cheap prices;
Minus: They will not be able to emphasize the style of your smartphone;

Tech21 offers six cases for the Samsung Galaxy S8, with the cheapest being Pure Clear and three cases from the Evo series: Evo Active Edition, Evo Check, and Evo Tactical. The two brightly colored Tech21 cases are slightly more expensive, the Evo Wallet and the Evo Go, which have a pocket
for the card.

More cases for the Samsung Galaxy S8 are coming soon.
This is just the first wave of Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus cases available at launch. There are many more covers ahead.
You will notice that there are no battery cases available for sale. Don't worry, the Mophie case for the Samsung Galaxy S8 is coming to market soon, according to the company.

We will continue to update this page with new cases when they become available.

Moshi has unveiled a new line of accessories specifically for the freshly baked Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus smartphones, and we couldn't help but talk about them. In our top of the best accessories, there were four cases and one portable battery.

1. Overture

The Overture case is made of materials that are resistant to the external environment. Its surface is made of microfiber, and inside there is a soft lining and an unbreakable polycarbonate frame. This combination ensures that the smartphone is reliably protected. The accessory has the functionality of a wallet: on the inside of the cover that protects the screen, there are special compartments for cash, credit cards and business cards.

Overture's design has been thought out to the smallest detail, which means Galaxy S8 functionality remains easy to access. Nothing gets in the way when you plug in your headphones or USB cable, and the buttons are perfectly responsive. The main advantage of this case is 360-degree protection from shocks and scratches. Also, the screen cover can be used as a stand for easier viewing of videos or surfing the Internet.

Overtune is only available in black, however it pairs well with both the black Galaxy S8 / S8 Plus and any other options. We would also attribute a very large weight to the disadvantages - 95 grams.

2. Napa

Napa leaves the front of your smartphone completely exposed, providing unparalleled protection for the bezels and back. The bumper surrounding the device is designed to absorb energy to cope with the impact of a fall.

The case combines eco-leather (or as it is also called "vegan leather"), which emphasizes the elegance of the Samsung Galaxy S8 (as well as the Galaxy S8 Plus), and an aluminum insert with the Moshi logo. The bumper itself protrudes slightly so that the user can put the device down with the screen, without fear of scratching the glass.

Eco-leather is a quality substitute for genuine leather. This material is even better than natural leather, since it is devoid of its imperfections.

As in the case of Overture, this case does not have a separation between the camera and the fingerprint scanner. A small partition, we suppose, would make it easier for a finger to hit the sensor, but it would probably ruin the look of the case.

Napa is also only available in black, but is three times lighter than the previous offer.

3. Tycho

Tycho is a very thin and minimalistic case designed with an emphasis on being resistant to scratches and bumps when dropped. It also has a special bumper.

The materials from which this accessory is made give a very pleasant tactile sensation. Tycho does not hide the modern design of Samsung's new flagships, but only emphasizes it. The net weight is only 26 grams, which is pretty good. There is a model in black and
pink flowers.

This case is only compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S8, unfortunately there is no version for the larger Galaxy S8 Plus.

4. Vitros

Moshi offers the Vitros case in three different finishes: clear, gray and pink. All of them are available exclusively for the 6.2-inch phablet. The case is based on an ultra-strong, flexible polymer that is characterized by its durability.

It's not as functional as the Overture, but its design emphasizes the solid looks of the Samsung S8 Plus. The frame around it can be completely transparent, like the backdrop, either titanium gray or pink.

Advantages of the Vitros accessory are its thickness and protection of the mechanical buttons located on the left and right sides of the case.

5.IonBank 5K (USB Type-C)

The IonBank 5K portable power supply has a built-in 5150 mAh Li-Ion battery and an output power of 1.5 A. Its body is almost entirely made of anodized aluminum and also has black vegan leather inserts. The gadget is very thin and relatively light (162 grams). It is one of the most stylish power bank on the market.

The IonBank 5K integrates one USB Type-C cable for charging a mobile device and one Type-A cable that is used to charge a portable battery. The technology used here allows you to supply power to your smartphone and charge the PowerBank at the same time.

IonBank 5K dimensions: 121 x 82 x 13 mm.

In addition, here are some more interesting points that will definitely interest you. First, Moshi provides a 1 year warranty for each of the aforementioned accessories. Secondly, it can be extended by registering the product on the manufacturer's website. As a result, every owner of a case / protective glass can extend the standard warranty to a lifetime. The warranty period for cables and electronics can be extended up to 3 years, and for batteries up to 2 years.
