The form of P14001 is used when inheriting the share of LLC. At the same time, ps.1 of the statements, sheets d by the testator and the heir, the list of P is the applicant. The inheritance of the share can be made within six months from the date of the opening of the inheritance, that is, from the date of the death of the participant LLC.
