This is facilitated by effective anti-reflective properties and a relatively small decrease in brightness when the view is rejected from the perpendicular to the screen plane. The advantages of this particular screen also include a very good oleophobic coating, adequately operating automatic adjustment of brightness, no flickering and good (but still imperfect) color balance. A special description deserves video tools for the staff player. Of course, the display was not in the literal sense of flexible, but his small move was observed. I can not say that the first Flex was popular because he had mediocre characteristics and a considerable cost. The only original chip is not a flat screen, as most phones. The novelty G Flex 2 turned out to be much more interesting than the predecessor. Judge for yourself: the new model uses a higher resolution display and a powerful eight-core processor is installed. This time, in my personal opinion, LG no longer demonstrates technology for the sake of technology, but simply displays a pumped mass gadget with a curved screen. SAMSUNG company with its Galaxy S6 Edge also does the same.

Design, dimensions, control elements

Comparing the first Flex and the second, give preference, of course, the last: it looks interesting, cute and looks complete, without any unnecessary elements.



As for bending, he is not too striking, probably because the case is not as big as the old "Flex". You can notice the chip only if you put the gadget on a flat horizontal surface and see the side. The angle of curvature is just a few degrees. The difference between the central point of the screen and the ends is about 3 mm. The effect is best felt during use, when the menu is scrolling up and down. It is quite difficult to describe in words, as they say, try once. In any case, unusual: it seems as if the image first slides from top to bottom, and then it rises again to the bottom edge. In hand, naturally, it lies a little better than any other similar device with a smooth back - this is a significant positive moment.






Materials did not have changed, there are still plastic, there is no metal. However, they beat him somewhat more effectively than in G Flex. Thin frame chrome, sides glossy, dark gray, the lid is also glossy and also dark gray. The panel has an unusual drawing - radial waves on the parties, by the type of devices of ASUS. The drawing is noticeable only in the light, it seems that the lid seems to have a gradient from gray to dark gray colors. As far as I know, there is a device in red. I did not see live, but the video and photo looks cool.

I got the impression that the film was pasted on my sample, but I could not remove it.

The screen is protected by glass Gorilla Glass 3. Oleophobic coating is, but even after removing the fingerprints, the light raid is not pulled to the end. The finger on the surface slides easily, use it nice.
