⊞ Win + D - Collapse all open windows to display the desktop;
Ctrl + Esc - open the "Start" menu;
⊞ Win + E - open conductor;
⊞ Win + X - Open menu with additional settings;
⊞ Win + I - open settings;
⊞ Win + A - Open the Center for Action.

Make sure the keyboard has a digital keyboard (panel). If you have no panel with numeric keys on the right on the keyboard (in addition to the numeral keys at the top of the keyboard), you will not be able to use this method.

But you can use key combinations that are listed in the previous step.

Open the Start menu. To do this, press the key. ⊞ WIN. (key with Windows logo).

You can also press Ctrl + ESC to open the Start menu.

Enter the center of special features. The search for the center of special features will begin.

Choose Center special features. Use the arrow keys to select this option at the top of the Start menu, and then click ↵ Enter.. A special features will open.

Choose Facility working with keyboard. This is a link in the center of the window. Press the key ↓ to select this link and then click ↵ Enter.to open it.

Choose Setting the control of the pointer. You will find this blue link at the top of the page. Go to this link using the key ↓ and then click ↵ Enter..

Activate the control of the pointer from the keyboard. Press key ↓ Until the "Enable Mouse Control from the Keyboard" option is selected, and then press the + key.

Scroll down to the "Pointer Movement Speed" section. Press key ↓ Until the "Most Speed" slider is selected in the "Pointer Movement Speed" section.

Set the speed of moving the pointer. Once you set one value, press the TAB key. ↹ To go to the following:

"The greatest speed" - determines the speed of moving the pointer. Press the key → to increase the speed of moving the pointer, or click ← to reduce it. This value should be high enough (for example, 75% and above).
"Acceleration" - determines how fast the speed of moving the pointer will reach maximum value. Press the key → to increase acceleration, or ← to reduce it. This value should be about 50%.

Click OK.. This button is at the bottom of the window. Now the mouse pointer can be controlled from the keyboard.
