It's no secret that innovation is quickly gaining popularity, coming to change everything outdated. It so happened with stationary cash registers that successfully changed their automated mini-copies in the form of fiscal registrars. The fiscal registrar is a special cash register designed to monitor cash settlement in trade. It works from the computer on which the software is installed to manage the fiscal registrar, which ensures the account of sales operations.

The operation of the registrar is possible only if there is an account of 1C, which is installed on a computer for automatic issuing calculated checks.

Connect the fiscal machine is quite difficult, as manufacturers provide drivers that cause difficulties in management, also the instructions are formulated by an absolutely not understandable language, while manufacturers claim that their products are very simple.

And what threatens the wrong connection of the fiscal registrar to the 1C program? That's right, a variety of problems such as errors in counting money and incorrect data output on a check. Let's see, connect the barcode scanner to 1C Trade Management.

So, we need to connect:

Connect FR. To connect the device to a computer, you must flip it up to the bottom, remove the cover (it is usually fastened with one small screw), under which the panel with 8 switches is located, after that it is necessary to put one of the switches to "up", and here They are already accurately indicated in the instructions, but it is often the third switch.

We twist the FR cover, as it was, after which the device is ready to connect via a USB cable to a computer.

If you have done the previous steps correctly, then after connecting the FR to Windows, it automatically finds the connected device and requests the driver installation, so immediately take the media with the driver and run the installation file to install it in the system.

After installing the driver, a problem may appear that warns about its incorrect installation, but do not worry, because the problem is not in it, but in the automatic update of the driver by Windows.

So, the driver successfully began its work, and we continue the setting. To do this, we do the following steps:

Usually, the FR is used immediately to work with several programs that need a separate COM port (install the SOM-port emulator Virtual Serial Ports Emulator, if you do not have enough available)

The next step will be "Creating a new device", after which the program gives a new window in which you need to select the type of device, click "Splitter" and go "Next"

A window appears with the "device characteristics" in which you choose that Som-port, which is responsible for this program, respectively, then in your work you will refer to this virtual COM port. That is, the data source is called som1, and your virtual port will be called ... for example, som8

We proceed to the "settings" and select the speed (Speed - 9600) and the delay time (readintervaltimeajut - 100). Make sure that the configurable parameters strictly correspond to the parameters of the COM port used and the fiscal registrar. Click "OK" and "Done"

As a result of all the settings done, we have created another COM8 virtual port operating from one COM1 data source (in the new window of the emulator is displayed as COM1 => SOM8). One moment, to create many more ports from som 1 is not possible, but from Som8 - at least 100 pieces! And for this again "Create a new device", select "Splitter" and see how COM1 => SOM8 is displayed with a COM8 => som2. COM8 port in this case will use a program to access the FR. At the end of the installation, do not forget to save the settings.

Having understood in connecting BP to a computer and installations of the necessary drivers and ports, it's time to consider connecting the device to the program 1C. Believe me, after all the work already done, there were remaining trifles. Let's proceed:

Setting UT11 on the server

We run the program, go to the settings of the "Commercial Equipment" and in the "Trading Equipment Processings" set a new cashier and add the model of the FR

Next test. After the test, we once again check the settings: driver and version, connection parameters, device parameters, cash payment parameters and functions, and if necessary, correct the settings for yourself. Well, in fact, and everything, now you have successfully configured your fiscal registrar, who will make you a job and benefit. Good luck in work!

1C: Entrepreneur 8

The program "1C: Entrepreneur 8" - created for accounting and reporting by individual entrepreneurs of the IP, PE, and Fildelf. The program allows you to conduct a book of accounting for income and expenses and economic operations of individual entrepreneurs who are payers of tax income tax (NDFL).

1C: Enterprise 8 licenses.

If you need to work with the 1c program on more than one computer (it can be a local network), as well as when working in the same 1C database, there is a need to buy licenses 1C. 1C licenses are an additional 1C program keysticks that are purchased separately and allow you to enjoy multiple computers.

In 2017, new trade rules are introduced using electronic checks. One of the required requirements will be connected to the fiscal data operator (OFD), which provides the collection, storage and transmission of data from the CCM to the tax.

To work with the OFD, we chose Cassu Atol 55F, which meets the requirements of 54-ФЗ and entered into the register of cash register.

How does the OFD work?

After making a purchase by the buyer, Cashier creates a transaction and sends it to a fiscal drive.

The fiscal drive saves the check, signs it with a fiscal feature and sends data to the OFD server.

In turn, the ICD creates a response fiscal feature, which he sends back the CCT and transmits data on calculations to the tax.

The entire chain of action takes only a few seconds.

After that, the buyer receives a paper and electronic check (sent to email or subscriber number). These checks contain a QR code and a link that the buyer can use to check the check with special services.

How to set up KKM Atol 55F to work with 1C via RDP?

Installation KKM Atol 55F on a local computer

First you need to install the KKM drivers to the computer to which the ticket will be connected. Driver can be downloaded from an official site atol or with a [email protected].

After installing the driver, it will take 2 ports, in our case it is COM3 and COM4.

Why did the driver occupied 2 ports? All simple! One port will be used to exchange information with the CCM, the second port will be used to transfer the DTP data.

Connect the CCM to the computer and proceed to the setting.

Now we need to enter the Drivers Management application. To do this, we go to the start - all programs - Atol - trading equipment drivers V. 8 - Driver Management. In the window that opens, we need to activate the free version. The free version works with CCM Atol, a full version is needed for other KKM.

You can check the operation of the box office through the Driver KKM application. To do this, we go to the start - all programs - Atol - trading equipment drivers V. 8 - tests - driver KKM.

In the window that opens, we go to the "Property Setup ..." section and click "Search for Equipment". Select the CCM model from the list, mark the desired ports and all the speed of the COM ports. We press the search and wait until I find CCM. After the KKM is found, it is necessary to highlight our CCM and click "Create".

Now, if you check the "device is turned on", go to the "Property Setup ..." section and click "Check Communication", then in the field "Result" we get the name of our KKM, serial number and firmware version. This means that our box office works.

The driver does not allow multiple programs through one COM port, so we close the "KKM driver" and continue the setting.

We return to the "Drivers" and go to the "FDSVC Service" tab. You need to start the service if it is not running. This service will track our requests from 1C to port 6220. If the computer to which you connect via RDP is not in your local network, then you need to open port 6220 for connecting via the Internet.

Setting up KKM Atol 55F on remote RDP computer

We set up on the local computer to the KKM, now we need to make the box office worked with 1C on a remote desktop to which we connect via the Internet. To install drivers on a remote server, administrator rights are needed!

To do this, we do similar actions. We install the drivers, turn on the free mode.

Unzip file FR-ATOL_54FZ.zip from the "C: \\ Program Files" folder (x86) \\ ATOL \\ DRIVERS8 \\ 1CV82 "in the 1c platform bin folder. Now it is necessary to manually register fprnm1c82_54fz.dll in the system registry, if it did not occur during the driver installation. To do this, run Windows PowerShell on behalf of the administrator and prescribe the following command:

REGSVR32 "C: \\ PROGRAM Files (x86) \\ 1cv8 \\ 8.3.9.2170 \\ bin \\ fprnm1c82_54fz.dll"

You have a way to fprnm1c82_54fz.dll may be another! It all depends on what you have version 1C and where it is installed.

Setting up KKM Atol 55F in 1C complex automation

Now proceed to configure the CCM in 1C. In our case, we configure KKM in 1C complex automation 1.1. I think in other configurations the setting is not very different.

We run 1C on behalf of the administrator (otherwise the drivers may not be loaded). We switch the interface to "Full". Go to "Service" - "Trading Equipment" - "Connecting and Configuring Trade Equipment".

External processing, shtrihmkkt.epf is needed for operation. They are part of the distribution of configuration releases and posted on the site: https://releases.1c.ru/project/tradewareepf82. We will need external processing.

We add processing to the reference book "Processing the maintenance of commercial equipment".

Now let's proceed to add the KKM itself in 1C. To do this, in the "Connection and Setup of Commercial Equipment", go to the section "CCT with data transfer" and create a new KKM.

We specify the cash desk with which the trading equipment will interact and go to "Parameters".

In the parameters of the KKM fill the following fields:

 • A computer - Specifies the external IP of the computer to which the ATOL 55F CMM is connected and port 6220, which we opened to access via the Internet. For example, 10.10.10:6220
 • Port - COM port to which the ATOL 55F CMM is connected on the local computer. In our case, this is COM3.
 • Speed - Speed of the COM port.
 • Model - model of our kkm.
 • The remaining fields are left as it is.

Now you can click on the "Test Device". A request to the CCM will be sent to a local computer. If everything is configured correctly, then 1C will give the message "The test is successfully completed. Atol 55F, No. **********, version: 3.0.1245 RU, FISK. " This means that you all configured correctly.

When testing, errors may occur. Perhaps you did not open port 6220 on the local computer to access the Internet. It may be necessary to create rules in the firewall for incoming and outgoing connections to port 6220. You could forget to close the KKM driver application or run the FDSVC service. Or maybe you launched 1C not on behalf of the administrator and 1C did not connect the KKM driver.

How to enable sending checks to the fiscal data operator (OFD)?

If everything is fine and the test passed, you can now customize and include the "EthernetOverUSB service". This service sends punched checks to your fiscal data operator (OFD).

To do this, you need to "drive drivers" on the local computer to which the CCM is connected, in the "EthernetOverUSB" tab, add the second COM port, in our case it is COM4. Put a tick opposite the "autorun" and run the service.

Everything, now every punched check will be automatically sent to the OFD, with which you have a contract.
