The furrow on the Internet, discovered an interesting project from MegaFon www.megapbx.ru. It turned out that MegaFon launched a new service virtual office (virtual PBX + integration with SIM cards + mail + file storage) in beta mode and searches for customers who want to test the service for free. I wrote an application from the site and I was lucky to become one of the first users of the service the next day. What inside the new service and my impressions are looking and read under the cut.

MegaFon for corporate clients

For several of my business, mobile communication has always been needed, so any new service perceived with interest. Before the discovery of the MegaPBX project, in addition to the standard corporate SIM cards with standard advantages, in Megaphone there is a mobile PBX, which complemented us with important functions: direct multichannel number, added numbers, distribution of calls, recording and other features. But, unfortunately, the service still leaves much to be desired - it is almost uncontrollable due to the monstrous interface, and also does not support SIP (it is impossible to work from a computer or desktop phone).

Her minuses for me and other companies were obvious:

1. Companies want office telephony, and not sit only on mobile phones or buy another third-party service for this.
2. Need a human interface with a clear setting.
3. I would like sane rates for calls.

In fact, MegaFon decided these questions to the new service virtual office, which first of all complements the mobile communications stationary.

The connection occurred in 1 day: I wrote an application from the site, pointed out my contract, the next day they contacted me, checked the inclusion of the multiphone (it was necessary for the work of the service) and they were sent to the interface access details.

What is inside

Inside, a very nice PBX setup interface was discovered. In the interface, 3 mobile phone numbers of my colleagues have already been headed, but I had to configure them on my own, creating colleagues accounts and sending their numbers on them. Also, I was already connected to the city number, which recently bought for a new company - a great reason to test a new service.

Question price

Now the service is provided free of charge for a period of testing and even tentative value was not named. But I think that the price must be a market, given the adequate value of mobile PBX.

conclusions

The virtual office from MegaFon, of course, very pleased me. A full-fledged virtual PBX with a user-friendly interface, integration with mobile SIM cards, a single call history and an account for services, and even added email. MegaFon has a very powerful and convenient tool for business.

However, the service is only in Bethe and he lacks some opportunities. Without visual statistics, the decision will not be successful in serious companies. But there is every reason to believe that this will happen soon.
